What we’re looking for:

• 12–15+ years IT experience (8–10+ in Cloud & Enterprise Architecture and Java development.

• Strong in microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures with Kubernetes/container orchestration.

• Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and real-time streaming.

• Deep experience in AWS (EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, EMR, MSK) and multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native application design, serverless architectures, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD, and SRE practices.

• Skilled in Terraform/CloudFormation, GitLab CI/ArgoCD, Jenkins, Kafka/MSK, MuleSoft/Boomi, API/integration patterns, and data/analytics platforms.

• Expertise in compliance, security, and governance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO27001, NIST) and cloud-native operational excellence.

• Skilled in architecture artifacts (reference architectures, C4/UML, integration blueprints) for consistency & reuse.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect and lead development of enterprise Java and cloud-native solutions across AWS and multi-cloud environments.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and tech leaders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant architectures.

• Decompose complex problems into practical, operational solutions while ensuring high quality, performance, scalability, and operability.

• Drive platform and application strategy, evangelizing cloud solutions and best practices across the enterprise.

• Lead implementation of microservices, serverless solutions, data pipelines, and real-time streaming platforms.

• Mentor and provide guidance to software engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.

• Develop proof-of-concept projects for new cloud technologies, AI/ML, and GenAI-powered solutions.

• Document architecture designs, integration patterns, and reference frameworks for enterprise-wide reuse.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and software trends, injecting advanced knowledge into the engineering community.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex technology concepts into actionable business insights.
