DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

What we’re looking for:

• 7–10 years of program/project management experience in technology or enterprise environments

• * Strongly need mature experience for program management

• Proven track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, with ability to coordinate multiple teams and releases

• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning

• Ability to work with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to align priorities

• Excellent presentation and reporting skills for executive updates

• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise software programs preferred

What you’ll be doing:

• Report to executive/management layers about the program status of cloud+APP Dev&Testing based on Jira charts and texts which development/testing teams maintain

• Create "Good Visualization" + "Key Messages" which make management layers easy to understand

• Specify and Solve program management issues which block effective reporting process by improving processes and tools

• Drive program execution across multiple teams, ensuring deliverables are on-time and within scope/budget, communicating effectively with relevant teams to gather information

• Lead program planning, establish milestones, track dependencies, and manage risks/issues proactively

• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, set priorities, and align on roadmaps

• Manage communication across business and technical teams, ensuring transparency and accountability

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support adoption of best practices

• Provide regular status reports, executive updates, and data-driven insights

• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
