DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
What we’re looking for:
Track the health of the audio product and ensure feature requirements, design, and development milestones are met.
Support project and program management activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and launch readiness.
Facilitate triage sessions, unblocking issues by bringing together key stakeholders.
Identify project risks, create reports, and track feature delivery for leadership.
Implement effective Product Backlog management techniques and help Scrum teams understand priorities.
Ensure the Product Owner (PO) can arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
Support Scrum events, resolve impediments, and facilitate side initiatives as requested.
Strong understanding of agility, empirical product planning, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze test data, generate reports, and create dashboards for executive and working-level audiences.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI, and SharePoint for reporting and program tracking.
Added Bonus: Experience in technology feature development, software development, or automotive manufacturing, and familiarity with test management software like TestRail or Zephyr.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with development teams, Product Owners, and leadership to track program milestones.
Generate reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on product progress, feature delivery, and defects.
Utilize Confluence to create pages to clearly communicate information.
Analyze and track defects and test results, supporting QA and validation efforts.
Create clear documentation to communicate program timelines, schedules, and progress.
Utilize JIRA queries (JQL) and reporting tools to track defect closure and sprint burndown.
Design and maintain visual dashboards and reports that are easily interpretable for all stakeholders.
Communicate and coordinate across horizontal (QA, Privacy, Security, App, Cloud Server) and vertical teams (in-car devices).
Support Launch Readiness activities and ensure the product is market-ready.
Identify misalignments, propose solutions, and work with POs and Chief Product Owner to resolve issues.
Mentor and guide teams in best practices for reporting, dashboards, and analytics
Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality code that meets business and customer needs.
