DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
What we’re looking for:
End-to-end ownership of design, development, and bug-fixes across backend services and frontend portals.
Strong proficiency in modern frameworks and languages to build scalable APIs and responsive UI components.
Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, delivering timely hotfixes and enhancements.
Experience improving localization, observability (logging/monitoring), and performance tuning across the stack.
Close collaboration with QA, DevOps, and product teams for smooth code merges, deployments and release cycles.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and automated testing frameworks.
Commitment to security, maintainability, and coding best practices across all layers of the stack.
What you’ll be doing:
Analyze, debug, and resolve defects across backend services and frontend interfaces.
Deliver hotfixes, new features, and UI/UX improvements for enterprise web platforms.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and responsive frontend applications.
Enhance logging, monitoring, and performance optimization across distributed systems.
Partner with QA and DevOps on testing automation, deployments, and release coordination.
Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
Automate workflows by integrating testing, monitoring, and deployment tools.
Validate fixes and features in staging environments, assisting with setup and configuration.
Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality code that meets business and customer needs.
