DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Project Lead in a technology-driven environment.
Solid understanding of cloud-based systems, integration, and monitoring solutions.
Experience working with payment processing applications.
Experience with event-driven web UI development (Stencil library, etc.)
Experience in requirements definition, process flow analysis, and creating configuration workbooks for complex systems.
Skilled in preparing executive summaries, functional design documents, detailed technical specifications and data models.
Strong background in defining SLIs/SLOs, implementing SRE practices, and creating monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Proven experience in process automation to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
Experience in production support and incident management.
Experience creating system monitoring dashboards, reports, and alerts.
Skilled in conducting incident post-mortems and implementing preventive measures.
Familiarity with programming concepts and collaboration with engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think strategically, and communicate effectively across teams.
What you’ll be doing:
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and system designs.
Map business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements
Work on the frontend application for a payment system.
Support the provisioning of cloud infrastructure for the system, with emphasis on enabling logging, tracing and monitoring.
Design and refine monitoring and alerting systems using approved tools to enable faster incident detection.
Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs for application services, applying SRE best practices.
Automate routine operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
Partner with Incident and Problem Management teams to conduct root cause analyses and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to boost system reliability, resilience, and fault tolerance.
