DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

What we’re looking for:

• 10–15 years of experience in Java-based application and microservices development

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing technical architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing systems

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch for microservices and data processing workflows

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, security, and performance optimization

• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native applications in AWS

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Docker

• Solid experience in system design, architectural discussions, and building fault-tolerant systems

• Strong debugging and monitoring skills, with exposure to observability tools

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and delivery

• Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting detailed code reviews

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and implement scalable Java microservices architecture using Spring Boot

• Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs ensuring reliability, performance, and security

• Develop and maintain Spring Batch jobs for large-scale data processing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setup to deliver high-quality software

• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, driving technical direction and innovation

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS infrastructure

• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and related tools

• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior engineers

• Troubleshoot production issues, improve system observability, and optimize application performance

• Write clean, efficient, and modular code, maintaining high standards of software quality
