DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience in Java application development

• Strong knowledge of core Java and Spring Boot for building scalable microservices

• Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs and integrating with cloud services (preferably AWS)

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and exposure to automated deployment processes

• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across development and production environments

• Good grasp of software development best practices, including clean coding, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Excellent team collaboration skills and willingness to continuously improve and learn new technologies

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with senior developers to build and enhance Java-based microservices using Spring Boot

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs integrated with AWS cloud services

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews as part of an Agile team

• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring smooth operation in development and production environments

• Work with CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes

• Apply and learn software development best practices, including logging, monitoring, and code optimization
