What we’re looking for:

• 12–15+ years IT experience (8–10+ in Cloud & Enterprise Architecture, multi-cloud/hybrid, and large-scale migrations).

• Deep expertise in AWS cloud (EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift, EMR, MSK) with focus on security, scalability, compliance, and resilience.

• Strong in microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures with Kubernetes/container orchestration.

• Mastery of SecDevOps & SRE: IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins), observability, disaster recovery.

• Skilled in integration & connectivity (REST/GraphQL APIs, Kafka/MSK, MuleSoft, Boomi, EDI, enterprise/B2B systems).

• Expertise in data & analytics platforms (EMR, Redshift, Databricks, Airflow) supporting real-time, batch, and AI/ML workloads.

• Skilled in architecture artifacts (reference architectures, C4/UML, integration blueprints) for consistency & reuse.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead enterprise cloud architecture across AWS, multi-cloud, and hybrid platforms ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant systems.

• Define and execute cloud migration and modernization strategies for legacy, on-prem, and SaaS/third-party systems (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, cloud-native redesign).

• Establish and enforce enterprise cloud standards, SecDevOps frameworks, and governance models using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and CI/CD (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins).

• Architect cloud-native, serverless, and containerized solutions (EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway) aligned with security, compliance, and performance requirements.

• Design and oversee integration strategies (REST/GraphQL APIs, Kafka/MSK, EDI, MuleSoft, Boomi) to enable seamless cross-enterprise and B2B data/process flows.

• Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and risk teams to embed DevSecOps, IAM, encryption, and monitoring into every layer of the architecture.

• Build and scale data & analytics platforms (AWS EMR, Databricks, Redshift, Airflow, S3) for real-time intelligence, AI/ML enablement, and predictive insights.

• Drive observability and reliability practices (CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus) to ensure fault tolerance and proactive operations.

• Create and maintain architecture artifacts: reference architectures, component diagrams, process flows, C4/UML, and integration blueprints.

• Lead large-scale cloud transformation programs using Agile/SAFe methodologies and enterprise collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT/edge, blockchain, serverless, service mesh) to deliver innovation and competitive advantage.

• Act as a trusted advisor and mentor, influencing cross-functional teams, guiding architecture best practices, and shaping enterprise-wide standards.
