What we’re looking for:

• 12–15+ years of IT experience, including 8–10+ years in cloud and enterprise data architecture.

• Design and implement end-to-end enterprise data architectures supporting manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product innovation.

• Build scalable, secure, and integrated data solutions that enable real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.

• Drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage through data architecture best practices.

• Expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, S3, EMR, Glue, Kinesis, MSK; Azure Synapse, Data Lake; GCP BigQuery, Dataflow) and big data technologies.

• Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT, data integration, streaming/real-time analytics, and building data lakes/warehouses.

• Experience with AI/ML integration, edge computing, IoT data ingestion, and event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark (PySpark/Scala), Hadoop ecosystem, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect end-to-end enterprise data solutions, including ingestion from IoT devices, production systems, and supply chain platforms.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and IT teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable data architectures.

• Design data models, integration frameworks, and pipelines to support analytics, process optimization, and compliance reporting.

• Lead the implementation of data lakes, warehouses, and streaming platforms to handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement data technologies and tools to enhance capture, processing, and analytics capabilities.

• Partner with Data Stewards to enforce governance, security, and compliance aligned with industry regulations.

• Establish and drive data architecture best practices supporting AI/ML, edge computing, real-time monitoring, and event-driven processing.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate new data technologies and use cases.

• Document architecture designs, data flows, and integration patterns for enterprise-wide reference.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends in data technologies, analytics, and cloud platforms to continuously improve enterprise data capabilities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, translating complex data concepts into actionable insights.
