What we’re looking for:

• 12–15+ years of IT experience, including 8–10+ years in cloud and enterprise platform architecture.

• Expertise in cloud data and integration platforms (AWS Redshift, S3, EMR, Glue, Kinesis, MSK; Azure Synapse, Data Lake; GCP BigQuery, Dataflow).

• Design and implement end-to-end enterprise platform architectures across Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar systems.

• Build scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that enable real-time insights, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, middleware integration, streaming/real-time analytics, and event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, IoT/edge data ingestion, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark (PySpark/Scala), Hadoop ecosystem, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

• Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO27001, HIPAA).

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions and lead cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect end-to-end enterprise platform solutions integrating Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Workday with cloud, data, and middleware platforms.

• Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant architectures.

• Design integration frameworks, APIs, and data pipelines to support analytics, workflow automation, and compliance reporting.

• Lead implementation of cloud-native platforms, data lakes/warehouses, and streaming solutions for structured and unstructured data.

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiency.

• Partner with governance, security, and compliance teams to enforce standards aligned with enterprise and regulatory frameworks.

• Drive platform architecture best practices supporting AI/ML, edge/IoT integration, real-time monitoring, and event-driven workflows.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring adoption of enterprise standards.

• Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate new platform technologies and integrations.

• Document architecture designs, integration patterns, and reference frameworks for enterprise-wide reuse.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends in enterprise platforms, cloud, and analytics to continuously improve capabilities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, translating complex platform concepts into actionable solutions.
