What is the TLS Referral Partner Program?
The TLS Referral Partner Program allows professionals to introduce companies in their network to True Lean Solutions. If the referral becomes a client, partners may earn commissions on eligible project revenue.
Who can become a referral partner?
Anyone can be a referral partner, typically our program is ideal for:
Consultants & advisors
Industry connectors
Fractional executives
Technology leaders
Business coaches
Professionals with trusted business networks
If companies ask you for technology or operational improvement recommendations, you’re a great fit.
Is there a cost to join the program?
No. There is no cost to become a TLS referral partner.

Do I need to be involved after the introduction?
No. TLS handles discovery, proposals, delivery, and client management. You’re welcome to stay involved if you choose.
COMMISIONS & PAYMENTS
How do referral commissions work?
Referral partners may earn commissions on collected revenue from eligible TLS implementation projects, as defined in the signed Referral Agreement.
What revenue qualifies for commission?
Commissions apply only to TLS project and implementation revenues.
They do not apply to:
Staffing services
Contractor placements
Third-party products or services
How long is a referral eligible?
Referral eligibility applies to introductions made within 36 months.
Payment terms and eligibility are governed by the executed Referral Agreement.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid after TLS receives payment from the referred client, in accordance with the Referral Agreement.

LEGAL & PROGRAM TERMS
Is this page a binding agreement?
No. Nothing on this page constitutes a binding agreement.
No obligations exist for either party unless a formal Referral Agreement has been executed by both parties.
Can TLS change the program terms?
Yes. TLS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
