1. Participation in the TLS Referral Partner Program is subject to additional terms and conditions. Please ask a member of TLS management for full program details.

2. Nothing on this page constitutes a binding agreement. No obligations exist for either party unless and until a formal Referral Agreement has been executed by both parties.

3. TLS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program and its terms at any time without prior notice.

4. Referral commissions apply only to TLS project and implementation revenues. Commissions do not apply to staffing services, contractor placements, or any third-party products or services sold by TLS.

5. Referral eligibility applies to introductions made within 36 months from the contract sign date. Commission terms, payment schedules, and eligibility will be governed by the executed Referral Agreement.
