Core Team
Sajeed founded True Lean Solutions with a clear vision: bring enterprise-grade technology thinking to small and mid-sized businesses that are ready to scale. He believes companies shouldn't need enterprise budgets to benefit from enterprise-level solutions — TLS delivers high-impact, practical solutions that improve efficiency, integrate systems, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Mack Akhani leads True Lean Solutions as CEO, bringing cross-industry experience across healthcare systems, global eCommerce, SaaS, and insurance. He joined TLS around a single conviction: that operational excellence isn't a consulting deliverable — it's a capability organizations have to own. Under his leadership, TLS translates Lean principles and structured delivery frameworks into measurable outcomes, helping clients move from operational chaos to sustainable, scalable performance.
Hemang specializes in designing scalable technology solutions and system integrations across cloud, enterprise SaaS, and data platforms. He architects robust, cloud-enabled systems that improve performance, reliability, and data visibility — translating complex technical requirements into delivery-ready solutions. With experience spanning API development, workflow automation, and multi-platform integrations, Hemang bridges the gap between business operations and engineering execution. He has led technical workstreams across logistics, eCommerce, and professional services, consistently driving outcomes built to scale from day one.
Kranthi is a QA Architect and PMP-certified leader who designs scalable automation frameworks and end-to-end quality ecosystems for enterprise platforms. He combines deep technical expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, REST Assured, and CI/CD–DevOps integration with strong team leadership — coordinating onshore and offshore teams to deliver reliable, on-time outcomes. He builds resilient automation that turns manual testing into a fast safety net, catches defects early, reduces regression cycles, and embeds quality into the delivery pipeline. From strategy and architecture through execution and production, Kranthi owns project delivery with clear ownership and consistent follow-through across CRM and SaaS platforms.

Our Story
Founder Sajeed Lakhani built the company with that principle at its core, guided by a long-standing friendship and professional relationship with Mack Akhani. Years earlier, Sajeed and Mack had helped establish the DFW Lean Six Sigma Meetup community, bringing together professionals interested in continuous improvement, practical problem solving, and creating measurable value.
Their collaboration extended beyond professional networking. Over the years, they took part in projects and community service initiatives, including Dallas GiveCamp, where technology professionals come together over a single weekend to help nonprofit organizations turn real needs into working technology solutions.
True Lean Solutions formally began in 2025 under True Lean LLC. Its first major opportunity came through NRI North America, part of Nomura Research Institute — a global consulting and technology organization headquartered in Japan, operating in several countries for more than five decades. TLS was brought in to help build contractor pipelines for NRI's client projects.
Rather than treat the engagement as a conventional staffing assignment, the team applied lean principles to the entire challenge, rapidly designing a structured operating model for recruiting, screening, onboarding, contractor coordination, and delivery management. It proved something larger than the staffing model itself: the team could quickly understand a business need, organize the right capability around it, and put that capability into operation.
How We Evolved
As the team became more deeply involved in solving client needs, the broader vision became clear: a technology organization that helps clients solve difficult business problems through lean thinking, a consulting mindset, and strong technical execution.
That led True Lean Solutions beyond talent solutions into software engineering, application development, integrations, automation, AI solutions, and technical architecture — responding to what clients actually needed rather than forcing every problem into a predefined service offering. Talent solutions remain part of what we do; they simply don't define us.
TLS and Tech Transpire
As True Lean Solutions grew, it needed broader leadership, stronger operating infrastructure, and a platform for its next stage. At the same time, Mack Akhani was building Tech Transpire, a consulting business that helps organizations create clarity, align stakeholders, and realize greater business value from technology. The fit was natural, and Sajeed and Mack brought True Lean Solutions into Akhani LLC alongside Tech Transpire.
